This week we will talk to you about how your physical health is effecting your mind and body. This week our approved ISO Lab will send you out a test to see how your main organs are functioning and the levels of the main vitamins. Our fitness coach will also give you tips and tricks on your physical health.
Mens Test – covers tests for liver and kidney function, diabetes risk and cholesterol levels. Includes tests for key nutrients as well as the male hormone testosterone.
Women Test – includes tests for thyroid function, female hormones as well as vitamins and minerals for energy and long-term health.
This week is all about planning the future and taking action to create the future you want. We help you set goals and hold you accountable to achieve the results you want.
We will give you techniques to help you start your day right.
We will get you to look at your career and make you realise not to settle in any job just because it pays the bills. If you are not happy in your job then you are in the wrong job. We will show you ways on how your able to earn money online as a passive income or a full time job.
This week we talk about your relationships. If you are not currently in a relationship this will also help you for the future. We talk about how social media and the news gives your subconscious mind and unrealistic expectations.
We help you realise all the preconditions you have about relationships are all wrong.
On our final week we do an overview on everything we have covered. We make sure you understand all aspects of the course. We make sure you have set goals for the next stages of your life, and hold you accountable for the plans you have set previously.
This week we will be holding 3 live webinars so we can interact with you more indepth.
The First Steps
The 6 week course starts with a simple questionnaire. Once this is complete you will have a one 2 one phone conversation with Craig or one of his team.
During the initial call Craig will talk to you about the next 6 weeks and let you know about the group sessions.
Once you join you will have accses to the members area where you will be able to see the layout and plans for the full 6 weeks. All the videos are there ready and waiting.
Then once a week we will have a live group session to further help your progress.
